Every Monday begins a new chapter for all of us, and this is not the same in comparison to last week. Some of us will start their summer vacation, and other people are returning home from their journey.

Already we have August, the last Summer’s month. Time is dashing, and we have again to discuss our plans, goals, desires, and strategies.

Harmony, balance, and sociability

Please, do everything with clear sight, stay in harmony with the community and do the necessary paperwork: communication is the key. Whenever you received a mail from your downline, reply within 24 hours. In case you cannot answer, relay the request to support, but inform the sender that you will care and come back later.

Watch your MOVERS and praise their efforts. You can offer them your further assistance. In case you are a Team Leader, start an initiative or a competition. Give some kudos to the best.

Be your boss

You are like most people. An extra paycheck every month would make a big difference; you care right about your health, you love your family. Your first impression is your face. Therefore upload an excellent photo to your profile. A good picture is worth more than a thousand words.

Listen to the people

Dear Subscriber,

this summer is very exciting. Nevertheless, we have to work and I have just created another newsletter to be published.

People to people business

Our main business partners are people, like you and me. People are hypersensitive, and their reaction can be annoying. Go through this emotional aspect. Listen carefully to them. Emotions can be heavy. Take it easy, have Self-confidence and smile. Listening can be more worth then talking in these circumstances.

Green, Red. blue and yellow personalities

People can be so different.

-There are green personalities. They are difficult. They ask too many questions and want to procrastinate.
-Red characters wish to the bottom line and ignore our presentation.
-Blue personalities won’t listen. They want to talk.
-Yellow figures? They smile but won’t set goals or targets.

Success is voluntary

What happens, when the meeting or web presentation is over? Prospects are getting silent.
Now, it is out time to break the silence. Give your prospects help to decide:
‘You can decide to start today, or you could make the decision not to start today and keep your life exactly like it is.’
Or you can ask:
“Are you okay with keeping this job and salary for the rest of your life?”
People are thinking: “Am I okay with this? For life? Maybe I want to do more with my life.”
